In such cases, order cut-off times may need to be adjusted, and delivery times may be extended.

The estimated delivery date for your order can be found in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow until this date for your order to arrive. If the estimated delivery date has passed and you have not received your order, please inform us, and we will be happy to assist you in tracking your package.

Our couriers typically deliver during regular business working hours and may require a signature upon receipt. We recommend providing a delivery address where someone will be available to accept the package. Please note that on certain public holiday dates in your country, deliveries may not be made.

Once your order has arrived in your country, it will be handed over to the internal postal service and customs, following standard delivery procedures.
